By booking a Psychic Mediumship Reading with Elysium Soul, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Agreement
- By booking a Psychic Mediumship Reading with Elysium Soul, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
- If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out via the contact number or email provided.
Eligibility:
- You must be 18 years of age or older to book a session.
- If under 18, written consent from a parent or guardian is required.
- All services provided by Elysium Soul are intended for entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
- Insights shared in your session are based on the energy present at the time and are reflective of potential outcomes. You always retain free will and the ability to shape your path. A topic or connection may not arise during your session. This doesn’t mean it won’t occur—it may be delayed or not energetically aligned at the time of the reading.
Disclaimer:
- No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of a reading.
- Readings are interpretations and do not provide guaranteed predictions. Outcomes are always influenced by your choices and external circumstances.
- Once the session is complete, that energetic channel is closed. Follow-up questions via phone or email will not be addressed.

Bookings & Payment:
- All Australian appointments must be booked in advance using the official booking link.
- Bookings from outside Australia, Please refer below
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
- Payments are accepted through the designated platform.
- Prices are subject to change at any time, but this will not affect confirmed bookings.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- If Elysium Soul needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
- If you, the client needs to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session fee, at the discretion of Elysium Soul.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are only provided if the reading cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of the reader or client.
- Rescheduling is available depending on calendar availability.
- Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the reading, as interpretations and outcomes are inherently subjective and intuitive.
Intellectual Property:
- All session content, including but not limited to meditations, rituals, and materials, are the intellectual property of Elysium Soul and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially.
- Legal action may be taken against unauthorized use or sharing of these materials.
Limitation of Liability:
- Elysium Soul is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, emotional, or financial damages that may arise from the use of this service.
- The readings do not claim to heal, diagnose, or replace professional advice in any field. Please seek a qualified expert for such matters.
Right to Refuse Service:
- Elysium Soul reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session if a client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, is disruptive, or behaves abusively.
- In such cases, a refund may not be provided.
Right to Refuse Service:

- Updates will be communicated prior to your next appointment.
Governing Law:
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
- They are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and legal compliance for both the client and the service provider.
